Leading Leaders

My goal is to inspire others to become leaders within their communities.  True change comes from the grass roots level, not from an executive or government mandate.  It is wonderful to experience a leader that is truly engaged in their surroundings. When individuals join forces to deploy positive change, there is no end to what can be achieved.
