Brandy Gilbert is a multi-degreed Human Resources professional with years of graduated experience in various industries; including telecommunications, training, and accounting. As a student of Organizational Leadership theory, Brandy believes that all people, regardless of their status within their Firm, are capable of being a catalyst for positive change. To that end, her Grass Roots Campaign for Organizational Change seeks out those employees and managers that are interested in learning how to become a more effective team member.
She has mentored numerous individuals on finding their path to personal mastery, including administrative employees, managers, and C level executives.
Brandy lives in Southern California with her Loved One and pets, two cats and one ferocious Yorkshire Terrier.
